Taylor Hardy is the Director of Micro Finance. Taylor moved from Western Illinois to Decatur at the end of summer 2019 for work opportunities. While getting acquainted with the community, she volunteered at Northeast Community Fund and when the Director of Micro Finance position opened, Taylor knew she wanted to permanently be a part of the Northeast Community Fund family.

Taylor graduated with her bachelor's degree in in Agricultural Science and Leadership Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Taylor used to compete in pageants and now enjoys volunteering with the Miss Illinois Scholarship Organization as one of the Field Directors. Outside of the pageant world, Taylor enjoys hanging out and volunteering with her First Christian Church family.
